Our Spa Policy
There is nothing we love more than welcoming clients to our sanctuary,
and in the spirit of mutual respect we kindly request punctuality when arriving for your treatments.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment.
This ensures that your therapist will have sufficient time to conduct a full professional consultation, ensuring optimum results and ample opportunity for you to unwind and breathe.
Our team requires 24h advance notice for cancellations & rescheduling.
Please note that this should be done during business hours, and Saturdays and Sundays do not apply as lead-time to Monday.
If this is not adhered to and we can’t fill the gap from our waiting list, 50% of the treatment fee will unfortunately have to be charged. Similarly, late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
Our treatment menu is effective from 1 Jan 2022 and is subject to change without prior notice.
A little bit more about how our bookings work & why
At Lyftaal we schedule your treatments according to a generous time frame, so our therapists can do their best work without any rush. The time we set aside for your scheduled treatments is calculated according to your initial booking and then blocked out in our diaries.
As such, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure that we can fill these slots if you can't make your appointment. You will receive a courtesy text or phone call a day prior to your appointment as a reminder; please respond immediately if you won't be able to attend.
To compensate for our therapists' time, we charge a cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled within less than 24 hours,. The same applies if you change the scope of your treatments on the day of your appointment. If you are unsure about this policy, feel free to discuss it with our reservations team when you book your treatment. We are happy to explain it in more detail.
