Please note:​​

• Digital & Physical Gift Cards:

  • ​Gift Cards purchased online are issued digitally only and are not available for physical collection.

  • Physical Gift Cards can be purchased directly from our reception at Lyftaal.

• Gift Card Delivery: Two separate emails are generated when purchasing a Gift Card online:

  • Purchase Confirmation: An invoice/receipt is emailed to the buyer as confirmation of payment.

  • Digital Gift Card: The Gift Card is emailed to the intended recipient. If you select "For myself", it will also be sent to your email address. If you select "For someone else", it will be sent directly to the recipient's email address provided.

• Validity: Gift Cards are valid for 36 months, giving the recipient plenty of time to enjoy their Lyftaal experience.

• Refunds & Exchanges: Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be exchanged, redeemed, or traded for cash.
